Hence, naturally the industry demands removal of labour market rigidity and assurance of 100% productivity. Unproductive efforts cannot be tolerated by the industry.

Industry also demands simplification of regulatory administrative procedure. Even though the success of an industry is based on the facts how effectively and efficiently it implements the result based management concept, we cannot minimize the importance of work force and their welfare. U74140KL2007 PTC020713 2007 - 2008 dated 27. 04. 2007 with registered office at " Ranjesha", 1st floor, Alinchuvadu, Near Palarivattom Bye Pass junction, Edappally. P. O, Kochi - 682024. We are having decades of practical experience in handling industrial disputes and having thorough knowledge of the various Labour Enactments and Welfare Schemes and that we can provide total solution for any issues related to compliance of the statutory obligations under various Labour Laws, Employee's State Insurance Act - 1948, Employee's Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act - 1952, Factories Act - 1948 etc.

ARJUNA Consultancy also undertakes Productivity studies and methods improvement for optimization of resources, reduction of cost in the organization, work measurement and fixing of standards of production, method study to minimize transactions in any operation, systems and procedure study, job evaluation and fixing of remunerations and preparation of project report with PERT/CPM techniques. All the assistance for ISO certification, HACCP and NABH is provided.
